By purchasing, accessing, or using the NextMIC platform, the Booked in 5 Challenge, or any related products (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NextMIC is a software platform that helps speakers discover speaking opportunities, generate outreach materials, and manage a speaking business. The Service includes AI-generated content and third-party opportunity listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any opportunity listed, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and an event organizer.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Complete the five-day challenge. If your first pitch isn't ready to send by Day 5, or you decide NextMIC isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of amounts paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy applies to the trial offer and NextMIC Membership; refund treatment of one-time add-on purchases is stated at the point of purchase or otherwise handled case by case within the same 30-day window.
Testimonials, examples, and figures referenced in our marketing (including founder results) represent individual experiences and are not typical, promised, or guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, experience, market, and factors outside our control. You may earn nothing. Some testimonial names have been changed for privacy; the underlying accounts are genuine and documented.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reselling access, scraping or bulk-extracting data, sending unlawful or deceptive outreach through materials generated by the Service, reverse engineering the platform, or interfering with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, belongs to The Eugene Hamilton Group or its licensors. You own the materials you create with the Service (bios, pitches, one-sheets) and grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service.
By purchasing, you consent to receive transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders, account notices). If you opted in at checkout, you also consent to receive marketing emails and text messages; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Eugene Hamilton Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
